Bio

Giorgos Christophoros Palamaris studied Marble Sculpture & Technician at Fine Arts of Tinos-Cyclades ( 2006 – 2009)

from where he was awarded a scholarship to enter the Fine Arts of Athens-A.S.F.A (2009-2015). In A.S.F.A he studied

Sculpture ,Performance, Scenography and Drawing .In 2012- 2013 he continued his research on Urban installations and

Performance at the University of Fine Arts at Valencia-Spain, on an Erasmus scholarship . He has presented 2 solo

exhibitions in Athens and Valencia and has participated in several group exhibitions in Greece and abroad , such as :

Shell, The politics of being , Kipseli Athens 2018 , Common Ground Kappatos Gallery Athens 2018 , Tidal Flow Revisited

Municipality of Piraeus 2017 . He is a founding member of the music group Petra Luna and has cooperated with a variety

of groups and project spaces .In 2018 he received the Artworks Fellowship award from Stavros Niarchos foundation and

was selected from ΒJCEM Biennale to represent Greece in the section of visual Art for the project LandXcapes in Italy

.For the last 3 years he has been working with the Greek Ministry of Culture and the French Archaeological department

for reconstruction and excavation projects in the islands of Cyclades (Delos and Despotiko) . He lives and works between

Greece and Switzerland.Studies
